HTA Practitioners may add their own logo and/or picture to the middle panel as well. If you choose to add your own logo and/or picture, graphics must be submitted digitally in the following format only: JPEG Image (*.jpg,*.jpeg). Your logo should be created at 300 ppi (pixels per inch) or 300 dpi (dots per inch). If your graphic file is at a lower resolution than this, the print quality may be affected. Lower resolution may cause your artwork to look fuzzy. If you choose to include your own graphic, the HTA Office will contact you to retrieve your graphic file, or you may send it by email to [email protected] after placing your order.
