Payment Methods 
We accept VISA, MasterCard, or checks to pay for your online order. Our Online Store provides a secure server to safely handle your purchases with a credit card. And we promise to protect your privacy.
When you make a purchase with your credit card at our online store, your credit card statement will read "Komitor Healing Method, Inc." and will include our phone number.
A few times over the past years, we've had phone calls from people whose credit cards statements read "HTA Online Store" for an amount they did not authorize. This is NOT our store. If this should be the case for you, please contact your credit card company immediately and ask them to begin an investigation. The charges you make with us will read "Komitor Healing Method, Inc." and we will be able to verify your transaction in our records. Guarantee
We guarantee all of our logo-merchandise products for complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied, return your purchase within 14 days for a complete refund of the purchase price or an exchange for a different size of the same product (shipping & handling fee not included).
Product Colors
We try to provide an accurate representation of the colors and patterns of our products. Due to the nature of the Internet, with a variety of browsers and monitors, it is not always possible to get the colors exact. If you are not satisfied with the color of the product you received, you may return your purchase within 14 days for replacement or refund (shipping & handling fee not included).
Sales Tax
Orders for merchandise shipped within Colorado will be charged 5.1% sales tax.
Shipping
All in-stock regular orders ship in 1-3 business days from the date of receipt. Shirts with the embroidered HTA logo require 2-3 weeks for delivery.
